By day, Fonseca is an industrious communications professional working in New York City's 501c3 sector. With ten years in the field, she's written thousands of pages of engaging copy for publication and social, refined missions, helmed a half-dozen rebrands, and reached countless underserved audiences. She's even been behind the camera for promotional video shoots.
A prolific, adaptable content writer with expertise in interviews, reviews, features, promotional video scripts, and virtual programming, Fonseca's corporate and nonprofit clients have included American Federation of Arts, Asana, the Astraea Foundation, Brooklyn Arts Council, Cinereach, Emily Books, NewFest, and Submittable.
An unabashed policy and culture wonk, Fonseca's passion is synthesizing; making rigorous but important texts more digestible to the general reader. In part because she comes from a rural background, Fonseca is interested in reaching — and moving — people to incite change in discursive spaces that typically do not solicit their input. Fonseca wants everyone to be well, and well-read. And then, she wants them to take action.
